First, start a new Dynasty mode with any team. After completing training mode, go to Roster Management and then select Edit Player. Select a player to edit, but don't actually change anything and just select done. The player's rating you just chose should go up by a couple of points. You can do this with all the players on your roster, but only once and only at the start of a new dynasty.
